Yoga Classes in Canberra for Beginners or Practicing Yogis
Days: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 6:15 am to 7:15 am
Location: Weston Creek Community Centre, Cooleman Court, Parkinson St, Weston Canberra – Main Hall - Entry to the hall is from the car park on the Newsagent side.
Duration of Class: Approximately 1 hour.
Cost: $10 pay as you go’ or $50 for five classes with a sixth class for free. Cash Only!
What to Wear: Dress for comfort! Clothing that you can bend in, such as: shorts or tracksuit pants, t-shirt or singlet and a warm top and socks for the relaxation exercise.
What to Bring: A water bottle, a hand towel and mat if you have one. Mats will be provided if you just want to come and see if this is a form of exercise that you would be interested in doing.
Injuries: If you have or are suffering from a serious injury, you will need to obtain a clearance from a registered Australian general practitioner. Please refer to the registration form which can be obtained from the website.
Pregnant Women: These classes are not suitable for pregnant women

Classes are subject to change. These classes would be beneficial for beginners, a practicing yogi, or serviceman returning from deployment.
